Download the next Really Simple Aggregator

Version 1.2 of Really Simple Aggregator is available for download as of yesterday.

The most prominent improvement is that updates to items on the server are now repeated in the recent items tab, to keep information in this tab accurate. Changes also include better caching support for more efficient network usage and quite a lot bug fixes. See the version information for details.

If you already installed a previous version, you can download the new installer to upgrade your installation. It is recommended to perform the upgrade. Note that after an upgrade, several items might disappear from the recent items tab: this is because of the new way items on this tab are handled.

OnScore 2 has arrived

OnScore version 2.0.0 has just been released. This new version of the online highscore system for Game Maker contains many new features, including embedding support, personal highscores and a license agreement allowing commercial games. Go to the product page and click 'More version information' to view all other changes.

Update instructions

  1. Download the new version
  2. Agree to the new license agreement
  3. Upload all server files (overwrite all existing files)
  4. Go to the admin panel to verify the version number (the database will update automatically, this verifies whether it succeeded)



New version aggregator

A new version of Really Simple Aggregator has been released. This version contains serveral improvements, such as subscribing directly from within Firefox, a left mouse menu on the system tray icon to quickly access unread feeds and the ability to resize the window. Also some bugs have been fixed. Download and run the installer to update to this version.


Important warning: aggregator contains serious bug

A critical bug has been found in version 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 of Really Simple Aggregator. The bug can cause a denial of service attack to a feed server if it does not respond as expected by the aggregator.

The bug has been fixed in version 1.0.2, which is now available for download. All users are urged to install this new version as soon as possible. Please reply if you have any questions.
